Participants in 60’s Plus Dining Program can purchase a pre-paid meal card from ICAP which they may use at Brookings Health System’s cafeteria or other participating Star Card sites. This program was implemented in 1973 to serve quality and nutritious meals to help prevent malnutrition, and isolation, which are major causes of health problems for our aging society. ![]() Brookings Health System’s Food and Nutritional Services participates as a Star Card site for 60’s Plus Dining Program from Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership (ICAP).Ħ0’s Plus Dining is an adult meal program designed for people aged 60 and over. ![]()
